I sail at Hollowell Sailing club almost every Sunday of the sailing season. It is one of the best reservoirs to sail
on as it gets a fair amount of wind when it is windy even though it is in a sheltered area. I sail in the Club Youth Team
on a Topaz sailing system with my two good friends David Furnell and Chris Furnell. The Topaz has a large main sail with batons
that keep the sail rigid for maximum speed. On the front of the boat is a jib which is an extra sail that gives more power
and speed to the craft. Also on the Topaz there is room and fittings for a spinicar, a very large sail that gives the largest
possible speed for the boat. The Topaz boasts an excellent, stream-lined shape and a centre main-sheet. A main-sheet
controls the setting of the sail and the speed of the craft. All-in-all it is a wonderful boat with many assets.
